I want to talk about anxiety. I have been constantly feeling anxious for the last few months. Everything seems to be fine — work, family, but inside it feels like something is pressing. I get tired even on weekends, I can’t just lie down and rest. I constantly think that something is wrong, that I’m not doing something, I’m afraid of letting others down. Sometimes, even the dishes aren’t washed, and I’m already in a panic. Has anyone encountered this? How do you cope with it? Is there anything that really helps, besides pills? Share your personal experience, if it’s not too much trouble.

How to cope with anxiety every day?
I understand what you mean. I had a similar situation in the fall — a lot of things had piled up, but I had no energy at all. I accidentally came across a liven app review. I decided to give it a try. There you first have to answer questions, then they give you a selection of short courses — they explain where anxiety comes from. There is a section with routine — it helps to structure the day. I especially liked that they offer not only activities, but also “joys”: communication with friends, walks, music. I got a sense of control. And the mood tracker is a godsend. Now I see where the swings come from. It really helps to stop and think.
I think many people underestimate anxiety until it interferes with life. I also have periods when you can’t concentrate, everything irritates you. On such days, I try to just be kinder to myself: get enough sleep, turn off the phone, do something small that is pleasant. I think everyone needs their own - some need a walk, some need meditation. The main thing is not to get hung up and remember that it passes. It’s nice to see that there are apps and people who can help. Sometimes even a simple discussion already gives relief.
