Can anyone recommend a serious provider for IPv4 leasing that an ISP

Hello everyone. I'm a network engineer at a growing ISP and management just dumped the IPv4 problem on my desk. We need more address space, but the leadership is nervous about the capital outlay of buying, so they're leaning toward leasing for now. Trouble is, I need a provider that offers proper leasing services - flexible terms, ability to change whois and rDNS, clean ranges, and ideally spread across different RIRs so we have options by region. Most places I've found are either shady or won't answer basic questions. Can anyone recommend a serious provider for IPv4 leasing that an ISP can actually rely on?

Sounds familiar, leadership always wants the flexible option until they see the fine print elsewhere. For a provider that actually delivers, check InterLIR's IPv4 address leasing services - they lease ranges on a monthly basis with the option to change whois and rDNS, which you'll need, and they've got stock across various RIRs so you can pick by region. Ranges come clean, proper route objects, no blacklist baggage. Pricing is flat from around 100 EUR per /24, no hidden setup fees. They're a registered broker with RIPE, ARIN, LACNIC and APNIC, so an ISP won't hit compliance snags. Support answered our technical questions properly. For a reliable leasing partner, they're a serious option, get a consultation and lay out your regional needs.
